摘 要:文章采用现场实测和有限元动力分析研究电子厂房的微振动响应,采用加速度拾振器测试了电子厂房修建前环境振动大小,采用ANSYS软件建立了厂房有限元动力分析模型,模拟地脉动作用下厂房内地面振动大小。电子厂房施工完毕后再次测量厂房内地坪的微振动,通过厂房修建前后的实测振动数据分析厂房刚性地坪对地面微振动幅值和频率的影响,比较了有限元动力分析结果与实测结果的差异。结果发现:场地振动主要由小于10Hz低频振动控制,厂房刚性地坪对低频振动的控制能力优于高频振动,可以减小厂房地面振动大小;厂房内部机械振源对地面振动幅值和频率有极大影响。Field vibration test data and finite element dynamic analysis were used to study the micro ground vibration of electronic warehouse. The in-site environmental vibration tests were carried out before the construction of warehouse by accelerometers. The finite element model of electronic ware- house was built by ANSYS software to simulate floor vibration in the warehouse. The micro vibration of rigid ground floor was tested after the completion of warehouse construction. The influence of rigid ground floor on the micro vibration in time and frequency domain was analyzed by the tested vibration data. The differences between FE simulated ground vibration and the tested one were compared. The results show that the ambient vibration is dominated by low frequency vibration less than 10 Hz. The rigid floor screens more low frequency vibration than the high frequency vibration, and dramatically reduces the amplitude of ground vibration. The ventilating fans as vibration sources pose a great influence on the amplitude and frequency of floor vibration.
