摘 要:目的:调查并分析高职护理专业实习生医学人文素质教育现状,并提出相关对策。方法:调查某高职医学院校护理专业实习生456名,应用自设问卷,从医学人文素质教育整体水平、学校和医院人文教育现状、教学满意度等方面进行调查。结果:实习护生医学人文素质整体情况良好,但掌握的人文知识不够高,学校部分课程设置不尽合理,被调查者对学校开设的医学人文教育的满意度低于医院。结论:学校要加大人文课程建设和改革,搞活第二课堂,发挥专业课教师优势,从职业岗位角度进行医学人文教育,医院和学校应形成教育合力,共同营造医学人文教育大环境,切实提高医学人文素质教育的效果。Objective:To investigate and analyze the current situation of medical humanity education of intern nursing students from higher vocational medical college and provides strategies.Methods:446 intern nursing students are investigated from the different aspects of the Medical Humanity Education integral level, the current humanity education situation from colleges and hospitals and the degree of satisfaction from students, using the self-regulating questionnaire.Results:Overall, the medical humanity education level of intern nursing students is well, but there still resists some problems, such as, the students' human knowledge is not high enough, part of the courses arrangement is unreasonable, the respondents are more satisfied with the humanity education provided by the hospitals than by the colleges.Conclusion:Colleges should strength the construction and reform of humanities courses, enliven the second classroom. Professional course teachers should play their advantages to educate students from the angle of vocational post. Hospitals and colleges should form the resultant force to jointly create the environment of medical humanities education. In that way, medical humanistic education can practically achieve sustainable development.
