摘　　要：以两所在中、美具有代表性的护理院校为案例,并结合文献检索、专家访谈,就中美社区护理教育的宏观背景、供需关系、课程体系、教学资源、教学方法、教学评价等进行比较,提出中国社区护理教育改革对策建议:优化宏观政策环境,加强多层次的培训,重构教材体系和课程设置,加强师资认证和实践基地建设,运用多种教学手段,建立科学评价体系。Based on case studies of two representative nursing schools, combined with literature search, expert interview, this paper discusses the differences of community nursing education between China and the US, such as the background, demand and supply, curriculum system, education resource, teaching method, teaching evaluation, etc. It also puts forward suggestions of community nursing education reform in China.
