摘 要:中国高等工科教育自改革开放至今近四十年来,经历了国家一系列宏观教育政策的调整,在规模与层次上已经得到了很大的提升。进入新世纪以来,随着中国高等教育大众化的深入发展,高等工科教育需要在内涵上进行提升,以应对日益激烈的国际竞争需要。基于对全国重点本科院校工科类专业发展的系统考察发现,中国高等工科教育正在寻求由量到质的快速转变,具体表现在国家政策导向、高校院系专业设置、高校教学与行政管理制度、高校产学研一体化等方面。Since the reform and opening up, higher engineering education in China has experienced a series of macro educational policies. The development has been greatly improved in the scale and level of the forty years. After entering the new century, with the development of the popularization of higher education in China, higher engineering education has to be promoted in the connotation, in order to meet the increasingly fiercely international competition. Based on systematic investigation on the development of engineering specialty in China, the paper finds that the higher engineering education in China is seeking the rapid transformation from quantity to quality, the fact is reflected in the national policy orientation, the professional setting of colleges and universities, the university teaching and administrative management system and the integration of industry and university.
