摘 要:"双基"作为教学目标,其提出过程虽然科学严谨,但其内容范畴过于狭隘,且容易导致"知识灌输"的问题,显得有些过时;而"三维目标"虽然吸纳了最新理念成果,但又过于自大,结构混乱,且存在着一刀切的问题,因而又显得过激。教学目标的制定,应该既要在理念上与时俱进,又要在操作上讲究实验探索和重视经验总结。As a teaching goal, the proposed process of "double-base" is rigor and scientific, but the scope of this concept is too narrow and it is easy to cause the problem of "knowledge infusion" so as to make "double-base" out of date. Although "three-dimension goal" absorbs the latest achievements of teaching concept, but it is too arrogant and unstructured, and even has the problem of universal application so as to make it hypercorrection. The formulation of teaching goals should be advancing with the times on the concept and pay attention to the experiment and exploration as well as summarizing teaching experience.
