摘　　要：素质教育是高职院校培养高素质技术技能型人才不可或缺的部分,理性剖析当前素质教育中存在的问题,不断整合学校、政府和社会资源来共同推进素质教育,借助于行业企业的力量,运用地方公共文化资源为素质教育体系开拓新领域,真正培养全面发展的高素质人才。Quality education is indispensable in cultivating high-leveled skilled talents in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should analyze the current problems existing in quality education, integrate resources from colleges, government and society, use local public cultural resource and industry and enterprise power, to exploit new fields of quality education and culti-vate high-leveled talents.
