摘　　要：高职院校教师在发展过程中存在着现实的个体差异,个体差异导致需求差异,需求差异的存在为教师分层管理提供了可能。实施教师分层管理,不仅有利于高职院校教师队伍整体素质的提高,也有利于提升学校的核心竞争力。There are individual differences in the process of teaching staff development in higher vocational colleges. Individual differ-ences lead to differences in demand. Implementation of hierarchical management of teachers could not only improve the overall quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges, but also be conducive to enhance the core competitiveness of colleges.
