摘 要:为了解福州市销售的生食蔬菜中沙门氏菌的污染状况,初步确定污染沙门氏菌的高危生食蔬菜种类,本研究按照GB/T 4789.1-2008规定的方法采集福州市4家综合型超市的生食蔬菜样品48份,使用选择性培养基分离沙门氏菌,采用PCR技术对疑似沙门氏菌菌落进行鉴定。结果发现4大类生食蔬菜中,生菜被沙门氏菌污染的状况最为严重,阳性检出率16.7%,而其余3大类生食蔬菜中均未检出沙门氏菌污染。从结果可得出,福州市销售的生菜已在一定程度上受到沙门氏菌污染。The contamination of Salmonella in raw vegetables in the city of Fuzhou was studied to determine the status and identify the high risk vegetable (s) on the market. Forty-eight various kinds of raw vegetables were sampled following the GB/T 4789.1-2008 procedure at 4 local supermarkets in the city. Bacteria from the samples were isolated using the selective media and further identified by PCR. It was shown that, in 4 categories of vegetables, 16.7% Lactuca sativa were tested positive, while the other 3 were not found with the salmonella contamination.
