瑞典成人职业教育及对我国开放教育实践教学的启示

摘　　要：提高公民基本教育水平和终身职业技能,是增强一个国家综合竞争力的重要策略之一。瑞典高度重视公民教育、技术创新、经济发展之间的密切关系。瑞典在上世纪90年代还存在劳动力水平不足,而现在已经成为创新型发达国家,对此,其成人职业教育功不可没。目前,面对我国劳动力素质不高的现实,为社会培养大批实践能力强和富有创造精神的新型劳动者是开放大学建设的首要任务。开放教育有必要借鉴瑞典成人职业教育改革的经验,探索基于校企合作的实践教学模式。需要通过校企合作开展基于虚拟仿真实验的实践教学改革思路和对策研究,加强信息技术与教育教学深度融合,完善开放教育实践教学体系建设,创新远程实验资源建设模式,推动"双师型"师资队伍建设,以有效提高学习者的岗位职业能力,为社会经济发展提供必要的人力资源保障。To enhance the competitiveness of country, it is one of the important strategies to improve the eitizens＇ basic level of education and lifelong vocational skills. Sweden has paid their great attention in the close relationship among civic edueation, tech- nological innovation and economic development. In the 90s of the last century, Sweden was lack of labor force, but today, it has be- come a developed country of innovation. The adult education of Sweden has played an important role here. At present, facing the fact that the quality of labor force in our country is still low, so it is the most important task in open unive^ity building to cultivate a large number of new workers who have practical ability and creative spirit. It is necessary for open education to consuh the experience of Swedish adult vocational education reform, to explore the teaching model based on the practice of university-enterprise cooperation. It will effectively enhance the learner＇s vocational ability, provide the necessary guarantee of human resources for social and economic development by teaching based on the virtual simulation experiment through university-enterprise cooperation, strengthening the depth of fusion of information technology and teaching, improving the construction of open education system, innovating the mode of remote experimental resources construction, promoting the construction of double professional teaehers.
