摘　　要：实验教学是培养学生创新精神的基本途径，为适应社会发展对创新型医学人才培养的迫切要求，尝试对本科生医学免疫学实验教学进行改革。通过修订并编写医学免疫学实验英文教材，优化实验项目，增加实用性和综合性实验内容，强化实验操作过程，提高了医学本科生分析与解决问题能力、临床思维与推理能力、实验操作能力及对医学免疫学课程的兴趣，取得较好的教学效果。Experimental education is the basic way to cultivate students＇ innovative spirit. In order to meet the urgent requirement of the social development for the innovative medical personnel, the experiment teaching of medical immunology was reformed and explored in Lanzhou University. We revised and edited medical immunology experiment teaching materials, optimized the experimental project, increased the practical and comprehensive content, strengthened the experimental operation, so as to improve medical undergraduates＇ ability to analyze and solve problems, their clinical thinking and reasoning ability, experimental operation ability and their interest in medical immunology. We obtained good teaching effect.
