摘　　要：从食品安全网络舆情演化过程的角度,侧重于舆情的演化机理、影响因素及干预与引导策略等方面,综述了舆情传播学理论中用于解释食品安全网络舆情机制,以及意见领袖、信息源、网民认知、涉事方行为等影响网络舆情演化发展的研究进展,为今后的深入研究提供思路和参考。From the perspective of the evolution process of food safety internet public opinion,this article mainly focused on the evolution mechanism of public opinion,influencing factors and intervention and guidance strategies of public opinion,etc to analyze the research advancement of public opinion evolution mechanism to illustrate food safety internet public opinion and communication theory. We analyzed influence of opinion leaders,information sources,cyber citizen cognition and interested target’s behavior on the development of the internet public opinion evolution to provide references for the further research.
