摘　　要：根据稻壳粉、喷浆玉米皮、酒糟粉的营养成分、透气性等配伍形成的配方,进行Q303根霉三、四级模拟实验及酵母曲实验。结果表明,生产的Q303根霉曲满足生产要求,成本相比麸皮原料降低61%,最佳原料配方为稻壳粉70%,喷浆玉米皮30%。Rice husk powder, corn bran shotcrete and lees powder were used for three-level/four-level Q303 Rhizopus simulation experiments and yeast experiments according to their nutritional components and permeability. The produced Q303 Rhizopus starter met production requirements and its production cost decreased by 61 % than that by wheat bran. The best formula for starter-making was 70 % rice husk powder and30 % corn bran shotcrete.（Trans. by YUE Yang）
