摘  要:为了研究使用酵母硒为硒源生产富硒猪肉的方法,试验选用60头体重70 kg左右的长大二元杂交肥育猪,按试验要求随机分成3组,分别饲喂添加不同剂量富硒酵母的配合饲料。在试验进行到第20天、30天和40天时随机从每组抽取3头试验猪进行屠宰,采集背最长肌进行硒含量检测。结果表明:使用酵母硒作为硒源生产富硒猪肉时,配合饲料中硒的添加量达到0.2 mg/kg时,在肥育猪出栏前30天开始饲喂富硒饲料直到出栏;硒的添加量达到0.25 mg/kg时,只需在肥育猪出栏前20天开始饲喂富硒饲料直到出栏,猪肉中硒的含量就能够达到陕西省地方标准DB/T1556-2012《富硒食品与其相关产品硒含量标准》中富硒猪肉的硒含量标准。In order to investigate the methods of producing the selenium-enriched pork by using the seleniumenriched yeast,60 pigs crossed between large yorkshire and landrace were selected. The pig's average weight was 70 kg. According to the test requirements,60 pigs were randomly divided into three groups and fed with different amount of mixed feed adding selenium-enriched yeast. In the course of experiment,3 pigs were randomly selected from each group in the experimental time of the 20 th day,the 30 th day and the 40 th day to slaughter to detect the amount of selenium in the pork by using the longest muscle in the back of the pig. The results showed that:In the course of producing the selenium-enriched pork by using the selenium-enriched yeast,two motheds of adding the selenium-enriched yeast to the mixed feed were used.The first was to add selenium-enriched yeast to the mixed feed by 0.2 mg/kg before 30 days of the pig marketing;The second is to add seleniumenriched yeast to the mixed feed by 0.25mg/kg before 20 days of the pig marketing.The amount of the selenium in the pork by the two raising methods all can reach the standard of the selenium in the pork required by the Shaanxi Provincial standard-DB61/T556-2012〈 The Standard of the Selenium Content of Food and Relating Products〉.
