摘　　要：大数据的思维方式与高校思想政治工作高度契合,其完整性能提高思想政治工作的客观性、全面性能提高思想政治工作的人本性、混杂性能增强思想政治工作对象的真实性、相关性能提高思想政治工作的前瞻性、无限性能提高数据挖掘潜在价值的持续性。高校思想政治工作应对大数据思维要强化大数据素养,增强大数据思维;搭建大数据集成平台,增强大数据分析应用;把控学生思想行为动态,建立学生行为状态预警;遵循学习方式变革,促进学生个性化学习。Big data thinking mode highly agrees with college ideological and political work. The integrity of big data could improve the objectivity of college ideological and political work; the comprehensiveness of big data could improve the humanity of college ideological and political work; the intermixture of big data could enhance the authenticity of college ideological and political work object; the relativity of big data could improve the prospectiveness of college ideological and political work; the infiniteness of big data could improve the sustainability of the potential value of data mining. To cope with big data thought,college ideological and political work strategies contain： strengthening big data accomplishment and enhancing big data thought; establishing big data integration platform and enhancing big data analysis application;supervising students＇ thought and behavior trends and establishing early warning system for students＇ behavior state; following learning style transformation and promoting students＇ personalized learning.
