摘  要:农村义务教育的快速发展,在于努力打造高质量、大数量、能力强、知识更新快的完整教师队伍。既能满足高速发展的信息化时代,又能促进三农现代化和基础教育的可持续发展,建设新农村。本研究以贵州省印江自治县为例,通过图书文献的查阅、实地踏勘以及有关人员的访谈等,获得了大量的最新数据与资料,通过对比分析研究,真正全面的理清了印江县农村地区教师的现状,针对印江县教育存在的现实问题全面分析,并提出了相应的对策与建议,为印江自治县义务教育合理的师资配置结构科学落实具有很好的现实意义。The rapid development of rural compulsory education, is to train the team of teachers with high quality, large quantity, strong ability, quickly updated knowledge, which can satisfy the fast development of informa- tion age, also can promote the modernization of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the sustainable development of basic education, and the construction of new countryside. With Yinjiang autonomous county in Guizhou province as an example, this study acquired a lot of the latest data and information through the literature consult such as field reconnaissance and the related personnel interview, clarified comprehensively the present situation of rural teacher in Yinjiang county through the contrast analysis, aiming at comprehensive analysis of the real problems in the educa- tion of Yinjiang county, and proposing the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion. It has very good prac- tical significance for the scientific implementation of the reasonable structure of the teachers in compulsory educa- tion in Yinjiang autonomous county.
