摘　　要：探索适合独立学院生源、教学软硬件设施和学生就业取向与本科院校错位发展的机械专业大类人才培养模式。以"实用、适用、够用"的基本原则优化课程结构体系,构建贴近工程实际的实践教学体系。推进岗位职业资格证书和学历证书"双证书"制度,实施学科竞赛与教学改革互动的人才培养创新机制。The present paper discusses an application-oriented talents cultivation model in mechanical engineering suitable for inde-pendent college students, teaching software and hardware facilities and student employment orientation, which dislocates that of un-dergraduate colleges and universities. It proposes a personnel training mode, i. e. the ＂2 ＋ 1 ＋ 1＂ training idea that colleges en-roll students first and then classify them into different majors according to their own choice in two years, based on general education,fundamental professional education and the students＇ individual talents combined with professional orientation. Accordingly, thecurriculum structure system is optimized grounded upon the ＂basic principle of practicality, applicability and adequacy＂ so as tobuild a corresponding practice teaching system. The paper finally comes up with a talent training innovation mechanism by promotinga ＂double-certificate＂ system of job qualification certificates and academic certificates, and organizing disciplinary competitions andteaching reform interaction.
