摘　　要：目的探讨国际化护理教师岗位胜任力模型的构建。方法采用专家访谈法,挑选10位具有国外/境外学习/工作经历的护理专家进行访谈,现场录音和笔录,并对所收集的资料进行分析、整理,提炼出主题。结果通过访谈,得出国际化护理教师岗位胜任力所需具备的6个主题,即教师资质、应具备的专业知识与技能、专业价值观、工作职责、个人特质及教学活动中应承担的角色。结论国际化护理教师岗位胜任力模型构建中应包括专业知识、专业技能和个人素质三个方面。Objective To study the competency modeling of international nursing teaching positions.Method Interview10 nursing experts with learning and working experience abroad.Analyze and arrange the information and conclude the topic by sound recording and notes.Result 6topics of international nursing teaching position are concluded from interview,including teaching qualification,profession and skills required,professional nursing values,work duty,individual character and role in teaching activities.Conclusion Competency modeling of international nursing teaching position should include professional knowledge,professional skill and personal quality.
