大学生职业生涯规划教学方法述评

摘　　要：生涯规划是大学生面临的重要问题,也是各高校考核教学成果标准之一,选择何种职业规划教育方法,有效促进大学生生涯规划能力的提高已成为各机构研究的重要课题。基于此,介绍了活动教学法、"三维目标导向"教学模式、案例教学法、情境教学法,并对提高大学生职业生涯规划提出了相应的建议。Career planning not only is an important issue that college students have to face, but also is one of the teaching achievement assessment criteria in university. The choice of career planning education methods to effectively promote college students career planning capacity has becoming an important subject of research institutions. Based on this, we introduce the activity approach,＂Three-dimensional goal-oriented ＂teaching mode,case method,and situational approach, and recommendations accordingly of college students career planning capacity.
