摘 要:《老子》的教育观主要体现在德育、体育与美育三个向度。老子以"得道"为"德",提出了"塞兑闭门"与"涤除玄鉴"的德育方法;在养生方面,老子身心和谐的生命平衡观、"去甚去奢"的生命实践观、神主形从的生命修养观、以及"绵绵若存"的以气养生观可成为体育教育的重要资源;而"道法自然"、去伪存真的审美价值、有无相生、虚实相形的意境追求和以简驭繁、大巧若拙的表现手法为当今美育提供了有益启示。The education concept of Laozi is mainly embodied in moral education,physical education and aesthetic education.Laozi held that obtaining of Tao is virtue.He put forward two approaches to obtaining of Tao——keeping door close to stay away from distractions and clearing the head.Life value of being physically and mentally balanced and harmonious,life value of practice of getting rid of extreme and extravagancy,life value of maintenance that spirit dominates the form,and health value that life is nurtured by continuous Qi,are all important resources for physical education.His aesthetic ideas exist in the following aspects——the aesthetic value that Tao emulates the nature,eliminating the false and retaining the true,the pursuit of artistic conception value that non-existence and existence nurture each other,and the expression technique of handling complicity by simplicity,and great wisdom appearing stupid.
