摘  要:目的:研究叶瓜参多肽对S180荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作用。方法:SPF级昆明种小鼠通过皮下注射接种S180肉瘤细胞后随机分为5组,即模型对照组、叶瓜参多肽不同剂量组和阳性对照组,另设空白对照组,叶瓜参多肽剂量分别为45、85、170 mg/kg,连续灌胃10 d后处死动物,剥离肿瘤、胸腺、脾脏,计算抑瘤率与胸腺、脾脏指数,病理切片观察肿瘤组织结构及细胞生长。结果:叶瓜参多肽对小鼠S180肿瘤细胞具有显著抑制作用,低、中和高浓度组对肿瘤抑制率分别为35.58%、58.33%和7.39%,与模型对照组比较,中剂量组抑瘤率有极显著差异(p<0.01),低、高剂量组有显著差异(p<0.05);与空白对照组比较,低、中、高剂量组的脾脏指数和胸腺指数无统计学差异。结论:叶瓜参多肽通过降低肿瘤细胞的活性,降低肿瘤细胞的生长繁殖速度,从而达到抑制肿瘤的效果。Objective: To study the anti-tumor effect of Cucumaria frondosa polypeptide on S180 tumorbearing mice.Methods: Kun ming mice inoculated subcutaneously with S180 sarcoma cells were randomly divided into five groups: the model control group,Cucumaria frondosa polypeptide low,medium and high-dose groups(45,170,250 mg/kg) and the positive control group.Normal mice without S180 were designated as normal group.After corresponding treatments for 10 d,the tumor inhibitory rate,thymus and spleen index were calculated.Tumor tissue structure and cell growth were observed through pathological section.Results: Compared with model control group,Cucumaria frondosa polypeptide could obviously inhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma,the tumor inhibition rates of low,medium and high-dose were 35.58% 58.33% and 7.39%.Middle-dose group indicated significant difference(P0.01),low and high-dose groups indicated significant difference(P0.05).Compared with the control group,There were no significant differences in the spleen index and thymus index between the low,middle and high dose groups.Conclusion: The Cucumaria frondosa polypeptide has significant antitumor effect by reducing the activity of tumor cells and reducing the growth and propagation rate of tumor cells.
