教育技术学专业本科生技术能力培养策略研究

摘　　要：教师教育技术能力的核心是将技术作为学习和教学的工具优化课程结构以实现课程目标,技术能力是教师教育特别是教育技术学专业师范生必备的实践能力。问卷调查发现,教育技术学专业本科生教技术能力培养途径单一、实践环节弱化、评价机制缺失、资源利用效率低下。高师院校应该在课程设置、注重实践教学、完善教学评价模式、高效利用院校教学资源等方面提升学生技术能力。The core of teachers＇ educational technology abilities is to optimize the curriculum structure and realize the curriculum goal by optimizing the technology as a tool for learning and teaching. So the technical ability is the necessary practical ability of the teacher education, especially the educational technology major. The problems are the single training mode, the weakening of practical links, the lack of evaluation mechanism and the low efficiency of resource utilization. Therefore measures should be taken to improve students＇ technical ability through curriculum setting, practical teaching, improving teaching evaluation model, and efficient use of college teaching resources.
