教育电影在中小学教师培训课程中的应用

摘　　要：文章主要阐述了教育电影在中小学教师培训中的功能及效应:通过教育电影这个窗口,审视国外教育状况和国外教师面貌;通过欣赏、评析教育电影折射出来的精神内涵,生动形象地展现一些教育现象和教育问题,从而反思和解决参训教师在教育活动过程中遇到的实际教育问题;通过透视教育电影反映的青少年成长,有利于教师掌握青少年成长规律和他们的内心冲突,从而在面对受教育者时富有更多的情感和智慧。This article mainly describes the function and effect of educational films in primary and secondary school teachers’ training. Through the education films, we know foreign education and foreign teachers’ images. Appreciating and analyzing the spiritual connotation of educational films which vividly show some educational phenomena and problems, teachers can reflect and solve the problems existing in the educational activities. Perspectives of teenagers growth demonstrated in the educational films can help teachers to master the adolescent growth pattern and understand their inner conflicts with more emotions and wisdom.
