依托工程管理专业学位培养现代职教师资的探索——以福建工程学院为例

摘　　要：切实解决职业教育师资队伍来源及培训提高问题,已成为加快构建现代职业教育体系的关键。福建工程学院以大学科背景下的工科教育优势,以专业学位硕士研究生培养为平台,在工程管理专业学位硕士点开设工程与工程管理教育研究方向,探索工程技术教育教学、管理、研究人才的能力结构、知识体系及培养路径,力图通过人才培养模式创新、知识-课程体系重构等使职教师资的培养更符合现代职业教育发展规律,为现代职业院校发展培养大工程背景下的高层次复合型工程技术教育师资。To solve the problem of training vocational education teachers has become the key issues to build the modern vocational education system. Fujian University of Technology has the engineering education advantage based on integrated disciplines. With the talent cultivation platform for professional degree graduate student, the research field on engineering and engineering management education is covered in Master of Engineering Management. The research is aimed to explore the ability structure, the knowledge system and develop path for engineering and technology teaching, management and research talent, to cultivate vocational education teachers more accord with modern vocational education law through talent training mode innovation, knowledge- curriculum system reconstruction, etc, in order to cultivate senior multi-oriented engineering education teachers for modern vocational colleges.
