On the Significance and Problems of the National Language and Character Standard Applied in Chinese Textbooks of Primary and Secondary Schools

摘  要:在对四套有代表性的语文教材的调查中,我们发现不同的语言文字规范标准在教材中贯彻落实的宽严程度不一,有的能得到较为彻底的落实,有的相去甚远;不同教材在贯彻语言文字规范标准上也存在一定的差距;同一套教材的不同内容贯彻语言文字规范标准的力度不一。建议国家主管部门在语言文字规范标准颁布后要加大宣传推广的力度,新颁布的语言文字规范标准要与已有标准尽量衔接并保持一致,制订标准时要兼顾科学严谨与大众的方便运用。Through a survey of four sets of typical Chinese textbooks,it is found that the implementation of the national language and character standard varies among textbooks. Some textbooks stick to the standard strictly,while some others do it loosely;there is also a gap in the implementation of the standard among different contents in the same textbook. It is suggested that the supervising department should enhance the publicity after issuing the language and character standard. The new standard should be cohesive and consistent with the former one. Moreover,standard making should take into account both the rigorousness and convenience in application.
