摘　　要：发现和总结医学专业学位研究生教育存在的一些亟待解决的问题,结合当前的研究现状和自己多年的教育经验,提出几点改革设想与建议;希望优化医学专业学位研究生教育的培养模式与考核体系,彰显其更强的生命力,使之成为医学人才培养的主体模式,推进我国医药卫生事业的改革与健康发展。We have discovered and summarized some problems that need to be solved in the education of medical professional degree graduate.Based on the current research status and our experience,some ideas and suggestions for the reform are put forward.The aim of this paper is to optimize the training mode and evaluation system of medical professional degree graduate education,showing its strong vitality.Then it will be the main mode for medical education,which promotes the reform and healthy development of China＇s medical and health service.
