摘　　要：通过对职业技能竞赛发展历程的概述可发现,职业技能竞赛更加注重理实一体,有助于培养"双师型"教师,促进教学改革,实现教学相长。同时,职业技能竞赛更能培养优秀人才,促进学生的职业实践探索。通过对老师和学生的双重影响,逐步达到"以赛促学、以赛促建、以赛促教"的目的,进而提高职业教育的吸引力。Through a summary of the development of vocational skill contest,the paper finds that vocational skill contests paying more attention to the integration of theory and practice can help to train the dual- qualification teachers,promote the teaching reform,and realize the mutual promotion of teaching and learning. Meanwhile,vocational skill contest can cultivate more excellent talents and promote students＇ professional practice.
