摘　　要：本文以石家庄铁路职业技术学院为例,分析师资队伍、师资结构,找出在"双师型"师资建设中存在的问题,通过借鉴国内外先进的理念,提出符合高职院校"双师型"教师队伍发展的观点。This paper takes Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology as an example, analyzes the teaching staff, teacher structure,finds out the problems existing in the construction of ＂double qualification＂ teacher, and by drawing on the advanced concepts of thedomestic and foreign puts forward the view of the development of the ＂double qualification＂ teachers in higher vocational colleges.
