摘  要:利用已分离鉴定的鸡源肠球菌进行体内外除铅作用试验。体外试验结果显示,菌株JT1清除率最高,为66.95%,可耐受Pb^(2+)质量浓度400 mg/L以上。选用小鼠为实验动物模型,研究该菌株的体内除铅作用。通过自由饮水建立铅中毒模型,在造模过程中测定全血铅的含量;造模成功后通过投给JT1菌液进行除铅试验。结果显示,该菌株对亚慢性铅中毒小鼠具有明显的除铅作用,血液中铅清除率高达79.4%,为利用该菌进一步开发研究,预防和缓解人体铅中毒提供科学依据。In our study, we have isolated and identified lead-tolerant lactic acid bacteria LAB from chickens. The removal rates of Pb^2+in vitro by JT1 was the highest(66.95%), and it could grow in nutrient solution containing 400mg/L Pb2+. The mice were divided into randomly negative control group and positive group to research the capacity in vivo. The lead poisoning model was researched by drinking water. The concentration of lead in blood was measured until established a lead poisoning mice model. Then, the effect of JT1 strains excreting lead was studied. The results showed that JT1 strain has significant effect of excreting, 79.4%. Then, it maybe used in the production of fermented functional foods, which will be healthy via its detoxification properties. The study gave valuable information for further research,prevention and mitigation and provided experimental materials and data to support the detoxification on lead poisoning.
