摘　　要：现代学徒制人才培养模式是创新创业能力培养的有效途径,而专业人才培养方案是现代学徒制人才培养的纲领性文件,其直接决定了现代学徒制人才培养的质量。现代学徒制人才培养是以立德树人为根本,以促进就业为导向,坚持产教融合、校企合作,坚持工学结合、知行合一。其人才培养方案的制定除了考虑常规要求外,还需要将创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力的培养融入到现代学徒制人才培养方案之中,促进专业教育与创新创业教育有机融合,挖掘和充实专业课程的创新创业教育资源,在传授专业知识过程中加强创新创业教育。Modern apprenticeship training mode is an effective way of cultivating creative ability;and professional talent training scheme is the framework of modern apprenticeship training,which determines personnel training quality of the modern apprenticeship. Modern apprenticeship personnel training follows the guidance of fundamental moral education and employment-orientation,and adheres to the cooperation between production and education as well as between industry and university. It also adheres to the combination between work and study and the unity between knowledge and practice. Besides considering general requirements for the establishment of its talent training scheme,it is necessary to involve innovation,entrepreneurial spirit and the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial ability into the talent training scheme of modern apprentice system,to promote effective integration of professional education and creative education,and to enrich education resources of innovation entrepreneurship in professional curriculum,so as to strengthen innovation entrepreneurship education in the process of imparting professional knowledge.
