摘　　要：目的 :建立用高效液相色谱仪测定赭曲霉毒素A(ochratoxinA ,OA)的方法 ,对沈阳地区小麦、水稻中OA的污染情况进行检测。为评价我国粮食中OA的污染现状提供科学依据。方法 :用高效液相色谱法 ,荧光检测器检测 ,激发波长为 338nm ,发射波长为 4 5 5nm。流动相为乙腈 0 .0 0 8mol/L磷酸 (5 6∶4 4 ,V/V )。结果 :在 35份小麦样品和 2 7份水稻样品中有一份小麦样品OA阳性。方法回收率在 80 %以上 ,最低检测限为 0 .5 μg/kg。 结论 :建立的方法简便、经济、可靠 。?Objective: [WT5'BZ]Our aims were to detect the pollution of oc hr atoxin A (OA) in wheat and paddy in Shenyang and also to provide a new way to de tect OA pollution in our country. [WT5'HZ]Methods: [WT5'BZ]High performance li quid chromatography was used. We also used fluorescence detector (expiratory wav elength 338nm,emission wavelength 455nm ). Mobile phase was acetonitrile 0.008 mol/L phosphoric acid (56∶[KG-*2]44,V/V). [WT5'HZ]Results: [WT5'BZ]Thirty five samples of wheat and 27 samples of paddy were detected. Ochratoxin A wa s found in only one sample of wheat. The reclaim rate was beyond 80%, and the de tection limit was 0.5 μg/kg. [WT5'HZ]Conclusion: [WT5'BZ]This method is fast, simple, economical, and reliable.It is suitable for inspection of foodstuff li ke wheat and paddy. [WT5'HZ]
