摘　　要：礼必须通过学习才能掌握,因此学习是礼学的一个重要原则。礼学认为教育可以使民众知礼,知礼的成员可以承担更多责任,同时获得更高地位。礼学中的教育对象很宽泛,教育有了制度化的要求:严格教师的任选、提高教师的礼遇、注重教学内容修养和实用的方面、考核教育效果、惩戒不合格学生等。Rituals can be mastered only by learning,so learning is an important principle of the ritual study.The ritual study holds that people can know rituals through education,and that persons with rituals can shoulder more responsibilities and get a higher position.The educational objects cover a wide range and education poses institutionalized requirements：making strict assignment and selection of teachers;improving teachers＇ courteous reception;attaching importance to the cultivation and practicality of teaching content;evaluating the teaching effect;taking disciplinary action against incompetent students.
