澳大利亚高校本科翻转课堂教学模式实践与启示——以昆士兰大学为例

摘　　要：2012年,澳大利亚昆士兰大学工程学院开始实施为期两年的世界最大规模翻转课堂教学模式,呈现出时间投入、团队合作及对象规模方面的教学特点,并取得良好的教学效果。以"翻转课堂"的教学环境、学习文化、教学内容、教学团队等四大支柱为研究基础,对该模式在昆士兰大学的实践进行深入有效的挖掘,提炼出其对我国本科翻转课堂实施的启示。In recent years,with the subversion of traditional classroom and characterization of effective teaching,the flipped classroom has become one of the hottest topics of undergraduate teaching reform in universities. In 2012,the college of engineering in University of Queensland began to implement the world＇s largest flipped classroom teaching model for a period of two years,which is dominated by the University and achieved good results. Based on the four pillars of the flipped classroom（ teaching environment,learning culture,teaching content,and teaching team）,the information collection has been used to extract the enlightenment on the implementation of the undergraduate flipped classroom in order to provide reference and reference for China.
