摘　　要：通过分析当前中医内科学硕士研究生培养存在的问题,并基于转化医学理念构建跨学科双导师制模式培养中医内科学硕士研究生,旨在提升学生的科研创新能力,同时提出评价体系;Interdisciplinary dual tutorial system is constructed to cultivate master degree candidate majoring in internal medicine of TCM by analyzing the problems existed in the current cultivation based on the concept of translational medicine, in order to raise the student＇s scientific research innovation ability, simultaneously, the assess- ment system is raised; the cultivation model could improve the students＇ ability of scientific research innovation and comprehensive quality after the corrective measures are raised on the foundation of the practice.
