摘　　要：研究教师自我效能感对理解教师专业发展具有重要意义。本文界定了教师自我效能感这一核心概念,并通过回顾该领域近30年的发展脉络,探讨了该领域的现状、困境和发展前景。文章综述了教师自我效能感相关研究的主题和发现,得出了对今后外语教师发展研究的启示。Teacher self-efficacy research is of considerable significance for understanding teachers＇ professional development. This paper begins with clarifying the definition of teacher self-efficacy. It then reviews the research development over the last three decades, and discusses the present status quo, difficulties and development. The paper also provides an overview of the recent theoretical and empirical research on teacher self-efficacy and concludes with further implications for foreign language teacher development research in the future.
