摘  要:以张杂谷米糠为原料,研究了微波辅助提取张杂谷米糠多糖的工艺优化以及提取的米糠多糖对SD肥胖大鼠肝脏自由基代谢的影响。选用三因素三水平的中心组合设计,以料液比、微波处理时间、微波处理功率为影响因素,以米糠多糖得率为响应值,建立了回归模型。结果表明微波辅助提取张杂谷米糠多糖的最佳工艺条件为:料液比为1∶13;微波处理时间为95 s;微波处理功率为310 W。在此条件下张杂谷米糠多糖得率预测值为2.85%,验证试验得率为2.83%,预测值和验证试验值基本一致。提取后的张杂谷米糠多糖能提高肥胖大鼠肝脏内的T-AOC能力;降低MDA含量和INOS活性,表明张杂谷米糠多糖提高了营养性肥胖大鼠肝脏的抗氧化能力,对其肝脏有一定的保护作用。Optimization of microwave extraction and its effect on free radical metabolism were studied about hybrid valley rice bran polysaccharide by mouse. Taking the central composite design of 3 factors and 3 levels,established regression model based on effect factors of material liquid ratio,microwave processing time,microwave power and response value of hybrid valley rice bran polysaccharide yield. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of hybrid valley rice bran using microwave were: material liquid ratio 1∶ 13,microwave processing time 95 seconds,microwave power 310 W. The predicted yield of hybrid valley rice bran polysaccharide was 2. 85% and the test result was 2. 83%. Predicted yield value and test result are basically identical. Hybrid valley rice bran polysaccharide after extracting could improve T- AOC capacity of liver of obese rats. On the contrary,MDA content and INOS activity were reduced. These suggested hybrid valley rice bran polysaccharide enhanced antioxidant abilty and and protected liver of obese rats.
