摘  要:为解决弹性力负载模拟器中多余力及加载精度的问题,提出一种带有电液伺服式补偿阀的弹性力负载模拟器.考虑了位置系统和力加载系统的相互耦合及相互影响,根据液压桥路及液阻理论,通过加入一个伺服式补偿阀,用于排出位置扰动引起的强迫流量;有效地克服了多余力,并提高系统性能指标.建立了在位置干扰下的弹性力负载模拟器的数学模型.采用实物参数进行系统数字仿真,结果表明:弹性力负载模拟器能准确地对位置系统施加弹性力,响应滞后时间约为(0.02~0.03)s,其输出幅值误差为(0.5~1.3)%.To eliminate the extraneous force and to improve the loading precision of the electro-hydraulic loading simulator,a new designed spring force loading simulator,which is added an electro-hydraulic servo valve as the compensator valve,is proposed.Taking the interaction of the force system with the position system into account and using the theory of hydraulic bridge and hydraulic resistance,a compensator valve,an electro-hydraulic servo valve,is employed to discharge the forced flow.The influence of the extraneous force is overcome effectively and the performances of the system are improved.The mathematical model of the system is established under the condition of the strong position disturbance.The simulation is carried out with the physical parameters.The results show that the simulator can provide the spring force accurately to the position system and the lag time in the system response is about (0.02~0.03)s atd error of output force is in the range of (0.5~1.3)%.
