摘  要:德育学分制有助于检验素质教育实施效果,帮助学生树立正确的人生观和价值观。提升德育学分制有效性的关键在于提高学生的自觉性和主动性。高职院校学生自主型德育学分制提出"以学生为主,以激励为主",使学生在德育工作中变被动为主动,主观上提升了高职学生的积极主动性,客观上扩大了高职学生的参与选择面。方案设计实施网络化德育管理平台,充分考虑高职学生成长现状,创新了评价指标,能够促进高职德育工作的发展。Credit ethical education is helpful for testing the effect of quality education and cultivating the correct concept of life and value of students. The core to improve the effectiveness of credit ethical education is how to enhance the consciousness and initiative. Student autonomy in credit ethical education in vocational colleges advocates the idea of "student centered and motivation predominated" , and changes the passive role of students to active ones, which improves the initiative of students subjectively and enlarges the participation of students in vocational colleges. Student autonomy in credit ethical education adopts to online ethical education platform, fully considers the status in quo of higher vocational college students' growth and innovates evaluation index, being able to promote the development of ethical education in higher vocational colleges.
