摘 要:现代学徒制是我国职教研究领域的一个绝对热点,但是,多方参与主体对待该制度的态度却呈现出政府和学校"一头热",企业和学生反应则相对冷淡的局面。而且,专业的差异性、学徒制实践效果尚待验证、法治保障的缺失、企业利益缺乏有效保障等原因,导致"热传递"障碍重重。要使现代学徒制得到真正落实,必须充分调动各方主体的积极性,使企业获得实惠,使学生获得保障,使制度获得认可,保证各方主体的利益平衡。At present, the modern apprenticeship system is a hot spot in the field of Vocational Education in China. However, the parties to participate in the system treat the system differently, the government and the school are so enthusiastic. However, enterprises and students are negative. Many reasons lead "heat transfer" to be blockaded such as professional differences, practical results not been verified, absence of protection by law. Therefore, to make the modern apprenticeship system to be truly implemented, we must fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the parties, so that enterprises can get benefits, students can get security, the system is recognized, to ensure that the interests of all parties are balanceable.
