高职院校公选课的现状分析及对策探究——以长江职业学院为例

摘　　要：以长江职业学院公选课为例,采取抽样问卷调查的办法,梳理和分析了公选课在高职院校中存在的典型问题。从而,探索公选课在高职院校人才培养体系中的重要地位,并尝试性地提出了通过"优化资源、科学规划、健全制度、规范管理、正面宣传、积极引导"等具体措施提高公选课教学质量,以更好地发挥公选课在高职院校人才培养中的地位和作用。The survey is conducted in Changjiang Polytechnic through sampling by questionnaires.Then,the paper analyzes the typical problems existed in the public elective courses in higher vocational colleges.It is clear that public elective courses play an important role in talent cultivation system.On the other hand,the paper also tentatively puts forward the point of view to improve the teaching quality of the public courses by means of conducting ＂resources optimization,scientific planning,sound system,standardized management,positive publicity and active guide＂.There is no doubt that these measures aim at developing the impact of the public courses on talent cultivation in higher vocational education.
