摘　　要：泛在学习具有持续性、可获取性、及时性、交互性、主动性等特点,是适应电大教学改革、适合电大学生的学习方式。网络实用技术课程是实践较强的专业必修课程,采用项目化教学法,将课程分解成项目,学生在教师的基础性引导下完成设定的任务。Ubiquitous learning has the characteristics of continuity,availability,timeliness,interactivity,initiative and so on. It is suitable for the teaching reform of radio and TV Universities and the learning style of students. The course of network practical technology is a compulsory course of practice based on the project teaching method,that is to say the course is divided into the project and the students should complete their tasks under the teachers＇ guidance.
