摘　　要：公共教育学作为师范院校基础理论课程对提高教师自身的专业素养具有十分重要的意义。然而调查发现,中小学普遍反映师范生所掌握的教育理念陈旧,专业知识结构不合理,教育专业技能不强,专业思想不稳定等。这就要求高师公共教育学教学必须进行改革,探索一条使师范生能迅速适应基础教育改革,成为合格中小学教师的改革和发展之路。As a basic theoretical course for normal college, public pedagogy is of great significance to improve teachers' professional quality. However, an investigation shows that there exist some problems about the students' educational knowledge, such as outdated educational ideas, unreasonable structure of their major, poor educational skills, unstable thought of profession, etc, which require that a reform should be made about the teaching of public pedagogy, hoping to find out a means to make these students to adapt to the reform of elementary education and let themselves be good teachers.
