关于外科学专业学位硕士研究生培养模式的思考

摘　　要：外科专业学位硕士研究生的设置是为了培养高层次外科学临床医学人才。目前我国外科专业学位硕士研究生培养模式处于变革期,硕士生源多样,培养模式不统一。将研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨,实施中导师和研究生产生一些困惑,遭遇一定挑战,需要根据实施效果不断进行调整。当前环境下,外科专业学位硕士研究生应当按照住院医师规培制度轮转,同时挤出一定时间进行科研训练,经过外科专业学位导师的努力,培养临床能力与科研素质兼备的高层次的外科学专业医学人才。Trainh level surgeon.The mentor and the postgraduates feel confusion and face the challenges.The new policy need to be adjusted with the carrying out the new training system.On one hand,postgraduates need to receive the training according to the new policy guidance;on the other hand,they have to spare some time to accumulate some research experience.The mentor and the postgraduates work with joint effort to develop high level professionals with clinical skill and research ability.
