摘  要:教师教育者是专职教"教师"的教师,是通过教学指导教师学习者学习和理解如何"教学"的人,其教学能力在教师培养之指导"学"、传授"教"和示范"教"的特殊需求下具有自在特质和要求。基于教师教育者调查以及与教师学习者、初任教师群体的评价期许比对,在多主体视域中探析教师教育者教学能力的现实样态发现:群体存在自我能力认知理想化、角色特征能力不凸显、与基础教育改革衔接能力不足等问题。Teacher educators are teachers of teachers,and instruct teaching learners to learn and understand how to teach by teaching.Teacher educators' teaching competency has their inner characteristics and requirements under the special needs of instructing learning,imparting teaching and demonstrating teaching in teacher-cultivating.Based on the survey of teacher educators and compared with evaluation of expectations of teacher-learners and beginning teacher group,this paper discussed issues of teacher educators' teaching competency from multi-agent perspective.The study found that there are problems like idealization of self cognition,no highlight of characteristics of the role,and lack of capability to connect to the basic education reformation among teacher educators.
