雌蕊缺失茶树的农艺性状与品质特征初步分析

摘　　要：对保存于国家种质大叶茶树资源圃中罕见的雌蕊缺失茶树(Camellia sinensis)单株进行了形态特征、抗逆性、营养芽物候期、农艺性状和制茶品质、内含成分等的观测和鉴定。结果表明,其具备无雌蕊(无花柱、无子房)、不结实、制绿茶品质好(92分);水浸出物(52.65%)和茶多酚(41.89%)含量高等特征。这份特异茶树种质的发现为今后利用缺失茶树资源奠定了基础。The morphology, stress resistance, vegetative bud phenology, agronomic and quality of tea, containing ingredients of rare tea plant with the deletion of pistil were observed and identified, which was saved in National Germplasm Resources Garden of Big Leaf Tea. The results showed that, the tea plant with the deletion of pistil had the following features, such as no pistils（no style, no ovary）, unfruiting, green tea of good quality（92 points）, high water extract（52.65%） and tea polyphenols（41.89%） content. The discovery of the special tea plant germplasm laid the foundation for the future use of the tea flower with the deletion of pistil.
