摘　　要：高校青年教师要上好一堂课,可以把教育学、心理学的思想理念有机地渗透到课堂教学中,具体可从自身的上课状态、情感的合理应用、受众情绪的调动与"热场"、语言技巧的正确使用、非言语技巧的合理使用等方面做相应考虑。In order for a young college teacher to teach a class well, you can permeate the idea of pedagogics and psychology in-to your lessons. The details should be the following several as-pects as the current status, the appropriate application of emotion, the warming-up and arousing of the enthusiasm of the targeted students, the correct usage of language skills and non-language skills.
