临床医学专业教学质量保障体系的构建与成效——以湖北文理学院医学院为例

摘　　要：以湖北文理学院医学院临床医学专业为研究对象,从教学质量保障体系的建立、教学管理制度建设、教学质量监测与评价、教学质量监控管理取得的成效、反思和建议等五个方面进行实证研究与成效验证.结果表明临床医学本科教学质量的关键影响环节和因素得到有效控制,人才培养取得较好成效.Clinical medicine specialty of Hubei University of Arts and Science was adopted as the research object. The study carried out an empirical research into establishing a teaching quality guarantee system, teaching management system construction, teaching quality monitoring and control, achievements of teaching quality management, reflection and suggestion. The results show that the key segment and factors affecting quality of undergraduate teaching of clinical medicine specialty were controlled effectively and personnel training had a remarkable success.
