农林专科产业型技术人才培养模式的构建

摘　　要：随着我国的经济工作正在实现经济体制和经济增长方式的两个转变 ,传统农业向现代集约持续农业过渡 ,农村经济结构、产业结构、社会结构发生了明显变化 ,高等农林专科教育必须深入进行教学内容、课程体系、教学方法的改革、创新研究 ,面向地方经济建设 ,培养专业思想稳定、吃苦耐劳、独当一面、综合素质高的产业型农业技术人才 ,以建立起产学结合、面向市场的开放型教育模式 。With the two transformations in economic system and ways of economic growth being implemented in the Chinese economy,traditional agriculture is developing into a modern,intensified and sustainable one.Great changes have taken place in the structure of economy,production and society of rural areas.To meet the social and economic needs,a series of teaching and reseach adjustments,such as comprehensive curricula and up-to-date teaching contents and methods,must be systematically carried out to train high-quality productive technical personnel serving the local economy .Thus a new educational mode,which combines production with learning,and which opens to the outside world can be established to promote the reform and developments of higher agricultural and forestry education.
