摘　　要：高职院校已经走过了快速发展的十几年历程,已经拥有了较为丰富的建设成果,其中,校企共建实训基地成效明显,实践教学管理制度较为健全,实践教学条件可以保障各专业课程教学顺利开展,实践教学保障能力和水平显著增强,但培养的人才如何跟得上产业转型升级和技术更新换代的步伐,如何更好地服务区域与地方经济,一直是高职院校进一步提升内涵建设需要亟待重视的课题。本文就实践教学系统建设进行研究,针对实践教学条件的信息化、现代化、职场化等方面进行系统化建设和改革,使实践教学条件和保障能力再提升到一个新的平台,着力提高高职院校学生职业核心竞争力。China＇s higher vocational colleges have made plenty of achievements after more than 10 years ＇development. For example, they have established some successful practical training bases through cooperation with enterprises, developed a sound management system for practical teaching, provided sufficient learning resources for the teaching of professional courses and improved their capabilities and level to support practical teaching. However,higher vocational colleges have to work harder at helping their students to keep pace with industrial transition and upgrading as well as technical progress to serve regional and local economy. The paper presents a study on the construction of practical teaching system,where a systematic construction and reform is advocated for practical teaching conditions based on information technology,modernization and real career situation to promote these colleges ＇ teaching conditions and supportive abilities and improve their students＇ core competitive power.
