摘　　要：社会经济的飞速发展推动着高等教育改革 ,对高等学校的人才培养提出了新的更高的要求 ,各高校必须采取有效措施 ,把提高教学质量和办学水平落到实处。近年来 ,我校围绕提高教学质量这一主线 ,从观念更新入手 ,以教学改革为切入点 ,以教育结构优化为动力 ,以管理创新为保障 ,不断增强自身的社会适应性。The rapid development of social economy pushes forward the reform in higher education and sets new and higher demand on talents training in institutions of higher learning.Colleges and Universities must take effective measures, put into effect the improvement of teaching quality and the level of running a school. In recent years, centering on the main line of improving teaching quality, proceeding from the renewal of ideas, by the tangent point of teaching reform, with the driving force of optimization in educational structure, and with the security of original administration, our university constantly strengthens the adaptability to the society and improves the quality of talents training.
