摘　　要：剖析SPOCs概念及其发展源流,并基于大数据抓取的知名慕课网站的在线学习特征,探讨如何从细分学生英语能力等级、科学确定课时长度和授课语速、增进课程亲和力、提高学生活跃度、提升学生自主学习能力等角度,优化大学公共英语SPOCs课程的设计,推进我国英语教育的网络化、智能化和个性化。The paper presents to analyze the concept and development headstream of SPOCs. Furthermore, being based on the Big Data, the paper aims to optimize SPOC teaching design of college English and improve personalized intelligence learning network in China by classifying students' learning ability, control of teaching time and teachers' speaking speed, enhancing teachers' friendliness, motivating students as well as encouraging them to learn selfdependently.
